The total number of registrants, more than 4,000 to date, surpasses numbers compared to 2008, poising this year’s Convention to measure in size to previous years despite a down global economy.

Booth Height
Single or inline booths are limited to 8’ in height. Island exhibits, 20’ x 20’ or larger, will be permitted to carry centered structures to a maximum height of 18’. Hanging signs are permitted (for Island booths only), and may be carried to a maximum height of 25’ (measuring from the top of the sign down).
Exposition Personnel
All booth personnel (including any complimentary personnel) must be fully registered for the Convention. Registration information will be sent to the booth contact upon receipt of rental agreement.
