More than 6,000 corporate and government travel managers and suppliers are expected at the 2009 NBTA International Convention and Exposition making it the ideal channel for promoting your company's product or service. As of July 31, 2009, more than 1.000 corporate travel buyers have registered for the 2009 NBTA International Convention & Exposition, which is directly on par with last year’s registration numbers. The total number of registrants, more than 4,000 to date, surpasses numbers compared to 2008, poising this year’s Convention to measure in size to previous years despite a down global economy.

And with more than 375 companies exhibiting - standing out as a viable competitor can be a challenge. Sponsorships and advertising offer the opportunity to stand out from the growing ranks of business travel suppliers. The Business Travel Event of the Year is your opportunity to impact the world’s largest audience of business travel purchasers and decision-makers. Booth Fee

NBTA Members: $22 per square foot
Non-Members: $30 per square foot

Space Rental Includes:

  • Listing in printed Convention Program & Exposition Guide distributed onsite to all attendees
  • One complimentary Convention registration, a $715 value, per 10’ x 10’ booth (maximum of six complimentary registrations for 20’ x 30’ or larger sized booths allowed)
  • One complimentary Exhibitor Boss registration
  • Booth identification sign, 7” x 44”, for all linear booths with company name
  • Pipe and draped back wall (8’ high) and side wall (3’ high) – inline booths only
  • Recognition in pre and post Convention promotional materials 
  • Wall-to-wall aisle carpeting
  • A full ten hours of selling time
  • Use of the NBTA Convention show logo in promotional materials
  • Company name included on Online Exposition floor plan at www.nbtaconvention.org  
  • Link on www.nbtaconvention.org to your website


Booth Height

Single or inline booths are limited to 8’ in height.  Island exhibits, 20’ x 20’ or larger, will be permitted to carry centered structures to a maximum height of 18’.  Hanging signs are permitted (for Island booths only), and may be carried to a maximum height of 25’ (measuring from the top of the sign down). 

Exposition Personnel

All booth personnel (including any complimentary personnel) must be fully registered for the Convention.  Registration information will be sent to the booth contact upon receipt of rental agreement.
